This is my first site update in over a year. I don't think I have been actually active in updating my site in more like 2. I was thinking about why I was so active and then all of the sudden wasn't. I think I started this in High School, because I was a media academy student and needed a site for my portfolio anyway, and hated Wix. Wix is what my teacher's reccomended because it was accessible and free, but god did I hate it. I couldn't do anything I was trying to do and it lagged constantly while I was using it. But then I graduated, and moved, and things got really hard for me and I felt very isolated. And I just poured myself into my website. I had the thought today to make a new page on my site, so I could share about how I have organized my digital life and the apps/hardware I use, but then when I logged into neocities I realized just how outdated my site was. Just how much I would need to do to put it to the standard I wanted it at. And then I realized I forgot nearly everything I learned about HTML and CSS. I, of course, have basic pattern recognition and computer literacy so I can just edit the template of what I already had essentially, but I can't really make anything new. At least not right now. And then I forgot how I even wanted to make the new webpage of reasources I use. Thus is the plight of ADHD. The worst part is always the poor memory. Like, what was I even doing? This is going to be moved to a blog post later. I just don't know what to put here right now. Where do I even start? Should I just only be doing blog posts? How should this homepage look? I don't know. I'm using the buttons I made in the side bar again, instead of just making ones with CSS, but I don't know if they're very "me" anymore. My portfolio right now says I'm 19. Yeah, I'm not 19 anymore. But changing that makes me kind of emotional? Like, I'm not 19 anymore. Anyway, this is not entirely updated. 2 buttons lack titles (though they still link to where they are supposed to) and I haven't made the page, or blog post that I set out to. But I just remembered I should look for a geology course and save it in my University's portal and I need to do that before I forget. But I also need to update this before I forget. So, this is what I got for now.
